Payment Policy
Accepted Methods of Payment
• Credit Card (Visa, Master Card) – Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded within 7 days.
• Cash On Collection – You are welcome to pay with cash when you collect your order but unfortunately can’t pay with cash when we deliver as we use a courier service for this.
• If you require a stamp to be custom made we will require payment with approved artwork before we start the order.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 3 days, Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm. But we usually do get them off to you the same day payment is made.
Option 1 – We use a courier service for all our deliveries. The rate is calculated depending on the area of delivery.
Option 2 – Orders can be collected from our offices Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 4:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 3pm.
For orders outside of SA boarder we use FedEx and charge a different rate depending on the area. Please request a quote before placing an order from outside of SA.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Jax Classics is committed to excellence. All orders are double checked and inspected, to ensure that your order is up to expectation. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange policy, within 7 day of purchase date.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be returned in its original unused condition. Unless there is a manufacturer defect, you must return the item within 7 days of your purchase. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, and the original invoice. All return shipping cost to be paid for by the customer. If it’s our error Jax will cover the shipping costs.

Return Exceptions
Items cannot be returned if they are used, damaged, torn, altered in anyway or not in a like new condition to be resold. Custom products cannot be returned, as artwork will be approved prior to manufacturing of them.
Handling Fee for retuned items
All orders are subject to a 10% handling fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original posting fee that you paid on the order.
Refunds
You will be refunded within 7 days from receiving the stock back. Please ensure you provide us with your banking details. If paid via credit card the refund will be done to your card.
Exchanges
If your item/s are in like new condition, you may exchange them for a different size or colour. You will not be subject to a handling fee in this case, but you still will have to pay another courier fee .
