• Daily vacuuming
• Weekly (or when necessary) mopping using a damp microfiber mop with Jax Wax Cleaner.
• Annual application of Jax Maintenance Oil. Apply the oil more regularly if the floor is looking dry.

Never use a soapy cleaning solution on a wooden floor as it will strip away the wax and sealer, leading to a dull-looking floor.

• Before applying a maintenance coat, remove all previous sealers.  Remove the dust caused by this with a vacuum cleaner and damp cloth. 
• Annual application of Jax Maintenance Oil is recommended if the furniture is not sealed.   Apply the oil more regularly if the furnituure is looking dry.
• Allow to dry before applying any maintenance oil.

• Remove the dust with a duster
• Using a damp microfiber cloth to wipe furniture with Jax Cleaner
• Apply Jax Maintenance Oil annually or when the furniture is looking a bit dry

• Sand the wood down to a smooth finish making sure all previous coatings are removed.
• Use a damp cloth to remove all dust, ensure the surface is dry before application.
• Shake the tin well and apply the oil with a fine pile roller, brush, soft cloth or a buffing machine.
• Allow to soak in and dry for around 15 minutes.
• Remove excess with a cloth or buffing machine.
• Cure time is around 6 hours for light traffic, with no water based cleaning for 14 days.
• Re-apply another coat 3 to 6 months after the 1st coat & then re-apply annually.
• Soak cloths in water after use to prevent spontaneous combustion.
